What is Half life?

Half Life revolutionized First person FPS shooters. You play as gordon freeman, a scientist working for Black mesa as they decend into testing out teleportation, this in turn causes a alien outbreak. The game consists of shooting aliens, solving puzzles, and trying to find a way to stop the alien invasion. as the game progresses, you slowly start to notice that the surroundings are slowly becoming ruin as now military forces and black ops start taking things into their own hands. This inevitiabily causes the destruction of Black mesa and any alien or human inside.

Who Created Half Life?

Half life was created by Valve, also known as the creators of Steam (one of the biggest gaming company). someday in june of 1996, Gabe newell, Departured from Microsoft to begin work on a new company of his that he wanted to have games be a big priority. Him and another friend, Mike Harrington, began their work on the company. And by August 24, 1996, Valve was created. They began working on their new game idea, Half life, that was aimed to not be just a mindless first person shooter, but also tell a story and revolutionize first person shooters as a whole. On November 19, 1998. After trial and error, Half life was finally released to the public, and it instantly blew up. In turn, Valve became a massive corporation and soon became one of the top.
